PBMA’S H. V. Desai Eye hospital respects quality and hence is the first hospital in this region to acquire ISO –9001: 2000 certificate. H. V. Desai Eye Hospital is a project of Poona Blind Men’s Association (PBMA). PBMA is dedicated for prevention of blindness and treatment and rehabilitation of visually handicapped since last more than 50 yrs.The hospital is located in Mohammadwadi, Hadapsar Pune off NIBM road. The hospital has 200 beds capacity with building of 80,000 sq feet.Uptill July 2010 we have examined 999754 cases and operated 207612 cases.
