In the OPD we have all the state of the art instruments needed for examination of the patient, the latest addition being the secular microscope .

We also have the microbiology and pathology laboratory where patients can be directed for the relevant investigation .
We also have got permission for setting up an eye bank , which will be functional soon.

Currently in the cornea OPD, we see on an average 50 to 60 patients per week. We have facilities for treating patients with trauma, acid and alkali injuries and infectious cases.
