Vision Centers

H. V. Desai Eye Hospital has 6 vision centers in and around Pune. One of our vision centre is in Solapur district. Our vision centers collaborate with the community and promote eye health education and create awareness proactively.

The basic purpose behind these vision centers is to reachout to the undrprivilieged population at outstirt, for whom the basic health care facility is inaccessble.The centers provide best quality eye care at nominal charges.

The model of vision centre is envisaged by the Vision 2020 – The Right to Sight, a global initiative of International Agency of Prevention of Blindness (IAPB – a global machinery working across the world for the prevention of avoidable blindness).
